[IARC 라이브 등급 고지 약관]

1. IARC는 개발자가 본 약관 전체에 동의하고 이를 준수하는 것을 조건으로 제품의 등급을 생성하였거나 생성합니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 IARC가 생성한 등급을 사용하거나 표시할 수 없습니다.

2. 개발자는 IARC가 제품의 등급 생성에 사용하는 IARC 설문에 대한 응답이 완전하고 정확하며 제품의 모든 콘텐츠를 반영하고 있음에 동의합니다.

3. IARC가 생성한 등급은 IARC 라이선스를 보유한 디지털 스토어에서만 사용할 수 있으며, 실물 제품이나 IARC 라이선스를 보유하지 않은 스토어에서는 사용할 수 없습니다.

4. IARC가 생성한 등급은 해당 등급이 생성된 제품과, 개발자가 최초 제출한 설문 응답을 변경하지 않는 범위의 후속 변경 및 추가 사항(예: 업데이트, 애드온, 다운로드 콘텐츠)에 대해서만 사용할 수 있습니다.

5. 제품의 후속 변경 및 추가 사항(예: 업데이트, 애드온, 다운로드 콘텐츠)으로 인해 설문 응답이 변경되는 경우, 개발자는 IARC 설문을 다시 작성하여 새로운 등급을 받아야 합니다.

6. IARC가 생성한 등급이 잘못되었다고 판단되는 경우, 제품 출시 시 제공된 "등급 확인 요청" 링크를 통해 해당 등급 분류 기관에 직접 등급 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 각 지역의 등급 분류 기관은 해당 등급이 제품에 적절하지 않다고 판단하는 경우 그 지역의 제품 등급을 수정할 수 있습니다.

8. IARC가 생성한 등급이 수정되는 경우, 개발자와 IARC 라이선스를 보유한 스토어는 이를 통지받으며, 등급이 표시된 모든 곳(예: 제품 페이지, 광고, 웹사이트, 소셜 미디어)의 등급을 갱신하여야 합니다.

9. IARC가 생성한 등급은 각 등급 분류 기관의 상표이며, 등급이 부여된 제품의 콘텐츠, 연령 적합성 및 상호작용 요소에 관하여 소비자에게 정보를 제공하는 용도로만 사용할 수 있습니다.

10. 참여 등급 분류 기관은 소비자의 이익을 위해 IARC 광고 및 마케팅 가이드라인에 따라 모든 광고 및 마케팅 자료에 IARC가 생성한 등급을 사용할 것을 적극 권장합니다.

11. 개발자는 IARC가 생성한 등급이 어느 지역 또는 관할권에서든 제품의 광고, 마케팅 또는 판매에 적용되는 규칙, 법률 또는 규정의 준수를 의미하거나 보장하지 않음을 인정합니다.

12. 본 약관은 영어로 작성되었으며, 번역본은 참고용으로만 제공됩니다. 본 약관의 각 언어 버전 간에 충돌이나 불일치가 있는 경우 영어 버전이 우선하며 구속력을 가집니다.

개발자는 본 약관 외에 IARC 이용약관에도 동의하였습니다.

Prior to requesting a rating check, please confirm that the IARC questionnaire was filled out correctly for your product. It will take 1-3 business days to begin a rating check and the process may require you to submit additional materials.

  1. IARC will generate or has generated ratings for your product on the condition that you agree and comply with all of these terms. If you do not agree to comply with all of these terms, then you may not use or display any ratings generated by IARC.
  2. You agree that your responses to the IARC questionnaire, which IARC uses to generate ratings for your product, are complete, accurate, and take into account all content in your product.
  3. Ratings generated by IARC may only be used on digital storefronts that have licensed IARC (list here) and cannot be used on any physical product or on any storefront that has not licensed IARC.
  4. Ratings generated by IARC may only be used for the product for which they are generated and for subsequent changes and additions to that product (e.g., updates, add-ons, downloadable content) that would not change the questionnaire responses originally provided by the developer concerning that product.
  5. If subsequent changes or additions to your product (e.g., updates, add-ons, downloadable content) would change your questionnaire responses concerning your product, then you must complete the IARC questionnaire again and receive new ratings generated by IARC for your product.
  6. If you believe a rating generated by IARC for your product is incorrect, you may request a rating check directly from the corresponding rating authority by using the "request a rating check" link provided upon the product's release.
  7. The rating authority for each region may revise the rating for your product for its region if it determines that such rating is not appropriate for the product.
  8. If a rating generated by IARC is revised, you and storefronts that have licensed IARC will be notified and required to update the rating wherever it is displayed (e.g., product pages, advertising, websites, social media).
  9. The ratings generated by IARC are trademarks of the respective rating authorities and may only be used to inform consumers about the content, age-appropriateness, and interactive elements of the product rated.
  10. For the benefit of consumers, participating rating authorities strongly encourage you to use the ratings generated by IARC on all advertising and marketing materials, subject to the IARC Advertising and Marketing Guidelines.
  11. You acknowledge that the ratings generated by IARC do not imply or guarantee your compliance with the rules, laws, or regulations applicable to the advertising, marketing, or sale of your product in any region or jurisdiction.
  12. These terms have been prepared in English; translations are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between versions of these terms, the English-language version shall prevail and be binding.

In addition to these Terms, you also agreed to be bound by the IARC Terms of Use.
